My passion for observing and documenting nature began with harsh and beautiful landscapes. Then at some point I became more aware of the fascinating creatures that were all around - their unique characteristics, lives, habits and interactions.

The documentaries I make arise from small obsessions with a certain Australian animal - often rare, elusive or not commonly known or well documented (outside of scientific circles).
